Acceptance
By browsing this site or confirming an engagement letter with Data Effica Digital, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.
Services described online
Pages describing audits, reviews, rates, and process are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in an engagement letter or written confirmation we issue.
Intellectual property
Site content, findings briefs, workbooks, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Data Effica Digital unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you for internal use. You may not republish our briefs as marketing materials without written consent.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate exports and authority to share the documents we need. Delays in intake may shift delivery dates. You remain responsible for decisions made with your channels, banks, and advisors after receiving our findings.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Data Effica Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or channel penalties arising from your use of our findings. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
No guarantee of recovery
A revenue check identifies exceptions and evidence. It does not guarantee recovery from any OTA, booking app, or guest.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
